This is a project about a housing complex in Preveza, Greece, featuring two exquisite two-storey villas nestled within a common garden.

These villas not only offer spacious and luxurious living spaces but also provide a tranquil wellness area with a spa which is located in the basement.

Inspired by the concept of “Mocha Rooms,” the architectural design encompasses a harmonious blend of earthy tones and industrial design details. The use of black window frames creates a striking contrast against the natural surroundings, while metal and white wooden furniture accentuate the modern and sophisticated aesthetic.

Each villa boasts its own private pool, allowing residents to unwind and bask in the serenity of their per-sonal oasis. Whether it’s indulging in the tranquility of the spa or enjoying the refreshing waters of the pool, these villas offer a truly remarkable living experience that seamlessly merges elegance and relaxa-tion.
